بعد 9 سنوات من انشاءها..طاقة عربية تقيد اخيرا بالبورصة المصرية
باجمالي اسهم بلغت 1.352.353.800 بقيمة 0.50 جنيها مصري للسهم الواحد وافقت لجنة القيد بالبورصة المصرية على قيد أسهم مجموعة "طاقة عربية"، الرائدة في مجال توزيع الطاقة والخدمات المتكاملة في مصر، برأسمال مصدر قدره 676,176,900 جنيه مصري.
وتعتبر طاقة عربية (إحدى شركات القلعة) المجموعة الرائدة في توزيع الطاقة وخدمتها المتكاملة في مصر والشرق الأوسط، حيث تغطى الاحتياجات اليومية من غاز طبيعي، كهرباء، طاقة متجددة، منتجات بترولية، ومياه فى50 مدينة مصرية، لما يزيد عن 1.7 مليون عميل منزلي، صناعي، تجاري، وسياحي.
تقوم مجموعة طاقة عربية بالاستثمار في البنية التحتية للطاقة وبنائها، وتشغيلها، وصيانتها؛ بما في ذلك نقل وتوزيع الغاز الطبيعي في 8 محافظات، وتوليد وتوزيع الكهرباء التقليدية والمتجددة، وخدمات معالجة وتحلية المياه بالعديد من المحافظات، بالإضافة إلى تموين وتسويق المنتجات البترولية وزيوت تشحيم السيارات فى جميع أنحاء الجمهورية من خلال محطات "طاقة".
واعتمدت لجنة القيد إدراج أسهم المجموعة على قاعدة بيانات البورصة اعتبارًا من الأحد 4 يونيو 2023، على أن يتم تخصيص الرمز المؤشر (Ticker Symbol) لها وهو TAQA.CA، مع تسكينها بقطاع المرافق.
وتعبيرا عن ثقته في الاقتصاد المصري اقل المهندس خالد أبو بكر، رئيس مجلس إدارة مجموعة طاقة عربي ان الموافقة على قيد أسهم طاقة عربية اليوم تأكيدًا على ثقتنا الكبيرة في الاقتصاد المصري ونموه فى السنوات القادمة. ويأتى هذا الطرح نتيجة البناء على 9 سنوات من الأستقرار و الإنجازات التى تمت بقطاع الطاقة فى مصر و كذلك 25 عاما من النجاح و الخبرة لمجموعة طاقة عربية. "
علاوة على ذلك، تعمل المجموعة في مجال تموين وتحويل السيارات بالغاز الطبيعى من خلال محطات "ماستر جاس"، فضلاً عن استخدام تقنية الغاز المضغوط المنقول (Mobile CNG)لتوصيل الغاز إلى المناطق البعيدة عن شبكات الغاز فى جميع أنحاء مصر والمنطقة.

Egypt’s EGX Approves Listing of TAQA Arabia’s Shares with EGP 676,176,900 Capital
Cairo – June 2023: The Egyptian Exchange's (EGX) listing committee approved listing the shares of TAQA Arabia, the full-service energy and utility provider in Egypt, with an issued capital of EGP 676,176,900
A total of 1,352,353,800 shares at a nominal value of EGP 0.50 apiece will be listed in Egypt Listed Securities.
TAQA Arabia’s shares shall be added to EGX database as of Sunday 4th of June 2023, under the ticker symbol (TAQA.CA), and it will be allocated in the utilities sector.
“The authorization of listing TAQA Arabia’s shares today is a testament to our profound confidence in the Egyptian economy and its future growth,” said Eng. Khaled Abu Bakr, Chairman of TAQA Arabia. “This floatation is the culmination of over 9 years of stability, accomplishments and reforms in the Egyptian energy sector, as well as 25 years of experience and success for TAQA Arabia."
“Proceeding from Cairo, we are keen on scaling up our investments, services and project portfolio in Egypt and the region. This requires finding sources of financing and increasing the group’s capital in the coming period,” Abu Bakr added.
